Countries outside the EU are zero VAT rated and the tax is automatically deducted at the checkout. However, the customer is responsible for all duties and taxes if applicable at country of destination.

International shipping is via Royal Mail, Parcel Force, DHL, FedEx and other courier services. Packets above 2kg is based on the larger of weight and volumetric weight calculations with further volumetric limitations depending on courier used and the country of destination. For this reason, larger orders can be emailed first for shipping correction/confirmation as it is impossible for us calculate accurately all permutations.

We aim to ship all instock orders within 48 working hours. If there is going to be any unreasonable delay, we will contact you.

Air Mail has the following service standards:

To Western Europe normally within 3 working days
To Eastern Europe normally within 4 working days
To Countries outside Europe normally within 5 working days

All delivery times are not guaranteed and sometimes a couple of weeks delay is possible depending on destinations' local postal services.

International Signed For costs an additional £3.50 per package.

This caters for items which cannot be sent via Royal Mail because of the weight and/or dimensional restrictions. We are constantly striving for the most competitive contract which we negotiate and endeavour to pass on the savings to our customers. Due to frequent fluctuations in fuel prices, which affect fuel surcharges imposed by couriers, all prices are subject to change without notice.
