Malc Spour was born in County Durham. He moved to Swindon as a young boy and lived there until 1992 when he moved to Cumbria with his family. Malc has always been interested in wildlife and spent his early years studying and drawing the birds and animals in his area. This love continues to this day and as a self-taught sculptor with twenty-five years' experience, he enjoys working in all mediums, bringing wildlife subjects to life through skill and fine detail.
